Late Arrival Policy
Sunday-Thursday
We do not allow late access to our park Sunday-Thursday nights. EVERYONE MUST arrive no later than 5pm! No entrance after 5pm. No exceptions!
Friday & Saturday
The Park closes at 7pm sharp on Friday!
The Park closes at 5pm sharp Saturday!
All customers that will be coming to the park late will need to call the park prior to close. Please do not wait till the last minute as we might be busy taking other calls. You must call on the day you are going to be late. (The usage of our Late Arrival policy is only for those that will be camping. No exceptions.)
Bunkhouses, Jessie’s Place, Zips House & Starlite Motel
We are not able to do late arrival for our cabins. If you rented any of our cabins (Bunkhouse, Starlite Motel, Zips House, or Jessie’s Place) you MUST be here during our regular hours of operation before we close in order to check in & get the key. No exceptions!
How it Works
1. Call the park office on the day of your reservation, 830-798-9820, during hours of operation.
2. Be prepared to give your full name and a count of how many adults/minors are with you.
3. We will need the make, model, and color of your vehicle(s).
4. We MUST receive payment over the phone for all riding fees. No exception. We take all credit cards.
5. Remember that our camping policies will still be in effect. For instance, riding fees will still be charged from the day you arrive to the day you leave.
*Note, Late check-in fee of $25 will be added to your order.
Other Important Info
On Friday’s or Saturday once you are on the late arrival list, you MUST arrive no later than 11:30pm. No entry after 11:30pm, our gates will be locked. Any attempt to sneak onto the park will be viewed as trespassing.
Members, we ask that you respect our other customers on Friday & Saturday nights and also use the Late Arrival system to let us know you are running late. Thank you.
