Refund Policy
Hidden Falls charges a park entry fee to get into the park with or without a vehicle.
Hidden Falls does not give refunds on park fees already paid for any reason. This
includes your decision to leave due to weather conditions, break down, lost keys or
any other reason.
It is the riders responsibility to make sure the vehicle being brought to the park is in
good running order before you arrive or to check weather conditions prior to
arriving. If you vehicle breaks down or does not start when you get here that is not
our fault.
Your park entrance fee is to enter the park with or without a vehicle. After you pay
at the office the sale is complete.
