Off-Road School
| Hidden Falls Adventure Park offers off-road classes for those who want to learn how to use the potential of their 4x4, those just getting into the sport as well as recovery training and more advanced training. We also offer advanced classes if you desire to wheel more difficult terrain. Our off-road school will get you more comfortable with using your vehicle off road. School is limited to 6 drivers per class. You must provide you own 4x4. Classes Offered - Registration & Full Payment Required (Scroll Down) Fees listed are at the cash discount price, which means CASH not a card, if paying by other means e e-mail us for regular rates. Basic Off-Road Class If you are new to off-roading and have a desire to learn the off road basics and capabilities of your 4x4 or if you have just purchased a 4x4 and have a desire to see what it can do than this is the class for you. The basic off-road class will take you through how to operate your particular vehcile in 4 wheel drive. Students will traverse up to level 2 trails. Skill devlopment will include slight off camber cralwing, up hill, down hill and water. Class is 1 day. Class cost is $275.00 per driver (cash price). Passengers or guests may attend but will be charged the same student fee. Class Syllabus Winching & Recovery After you have completed the basic class or if you are some what experienced the winching and recovery class is a must. You should always wheel with a buddy in case you get stuck. (You will get stuck at some point, everybody gets stuck) Students will learn the proper and safiest way to recover and wicnh a disabled vehciles on inclines. There is a lot of strategy in recovering a vehicle and the are many items to conside before winching or recovering a vehcile. Your vehcile will need to have a winch for this class. If you do not have a winch and need help deciding what to purchase drop us an e-mail, we would be glad to help. Class is 1 day. Class cost is $275.00 per driver (cash price). Passengers or guests may attend but will be charged the same student fee. Intermidiate Off-Road Class After you have some wheeling time under you belt this class will teach you how to treverse more difficult objects such as large rocks, trees, water and crevaces. Students will whell on Level 3 -4 trails. Front and Rear lockers are required. Class is 2 days. Class cost is $275.00 per driver. (cash price) Passengers or guests may attend but will be charged the same student fee. Advanced Off-Road Class The advanced class will teach students how to take on the level 4 and 5 trails. Vehciles need to be highly modified to handle these trails. 2 day class. Class cost is $475.00, per driver. (cash price) Passengers or guests may attend but will be charged the same student fee.
